This Double glazed door had been getting harder to lock & one day it would not open & caused a lockout, This was in the North London area, Our Locksmith went to site & opened it up,

What had happened was the door had dropped & was hitting the strikers on the door frame, This could have been adjusted by a Locksmith & saved the lock, the customer found that it was getting harder & harder to pull the door shut & lock, as a result the handles had split on the inside & outside, as they had been pulled as hard as they could to close the door, So this now needed a new lock & a pair of handles that had to be ordered, Our Locksmith returned to site & fitted the new UPVC unit & handles.

Heres a Safe that the combination was lost over the years.

Just outside of the M25 (north) It had been sitting in a garage for about 20 years & the combination had been lost in that time, we were asked to open it up, Our Safe Enginner went to site & found that at some point it had been dropped on its face as a result the handle was bent inwards & the combination was stiff to turn,this safe had relocking devices inside to stop attack, but they had not been set off by the drop, it was opened & the items inside recoverd.
